Creed Setzer graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor's in finance and accounting with a master's in accountancy. He is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. After graduation, he specialized in fund accounting for Ernst & Young in Atlanta, Georgia, servicing various global real estate funds. Afterward, Creed Setzer joined Setzer Properties in 2019 and has since executed equity and debt financing for over $500 million in acquisitions and development projects for the company.

Campbell is from Kentucky, bilingual in Spanish and English, and lives in Medellin. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, as well as a minor in Psychology. After graduating he worked as a field supervisor for Brett Construction. Later, he went on to receive his license in commercial and residential real estate. His role in the company is focused on the real estate side of operations.
